These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Auto Drink Tap’s website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By placing an order or using our Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase.

2. Acceptance & Modification of Terms

  • By placing an order or using our Services, you affirm you are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming binding contracts.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or replace these Terms at any time. We’ll post updates to this page and indicate the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Use of the Website & Service Conditions

  • You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, hack, reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise violate our website, content, systems, or services.

  • You promise that all information you submit (account details, address, payment) is accurate, current, and lawful.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without cause.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g. fraud suspicion, pricing error, inventory issues).

  • Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice, even after orders are placed (though we won’t retroactively charge extra without notice).

  • Once your order is shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We will process approved orders typically within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only — actual delivery times depend on location, carrier, customs, etc.

  • Once the package leaves our facility, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by carriers or third parties.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy — see that policy for eligibility, process, and conditions.

  • Refunds or credits are only issued after we receive and inspect returned items.

  • For exchanges, we treat them as a return + new order (subject to stock availability and pricing at time of new order).

7. Intellectual Property & Content

  • All content on the website (text, logos, images, designs, software) is owned by or licensed to Auto Drink Tap and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You may view, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Drink Tap’s liability (and that of our officers, employees, partners) is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered.

  • Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (lost profits, loss of data, etc.).

  • We provide the Services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied). We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted access.

9. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Auto Drink Tap (and its owners, employees, agents) harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services, products, or content

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return/Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Auto Drink Tap regarding the Services, superseding prior agreements, proposals, or communications (verbal or written).
