1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 – 2 business days from the time your order is placed (unless otherwise noted).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once processed, deliveries typically arrive within 8 – 10 business days, depending on your location, customs, and local postal service conditions.

3. Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with a tracking number.

Once your item leaves our facility, we’ll send the tracking info via email—check spam/promotions folders.

Use that tracking number to monitor delivery status directly via the carrier’s site.
4. Risks, Delays & Liability

After your order is shipped, risk of loss or damage transfers to you (the buyer).

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by:
• Customs clearance or inspections
• Carrier or postal service disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customer
• Natural disasters or acts of God
If an item is lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or undelivered, contact us immediately (within 14 days of estimated delivery) at kevin@autodrinktap.com so we can assist with claims or next-steps.
5. Address Errors & Reshipments

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you enter the wrong address and we ship it anyway, you may be responsible for costs to reroute or reship the package.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be contacted. You may be required to pay the cost of reshipping.
6. Combined Orders & Split Shipments

If you place multiple items in one order, they may ship together or in separate packages—whichever optimizes delivery efficiency.
