1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 – 2 business days from the time your order is placed (unless otherwise noted).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once processed, deliveries typically arrive within 8 – 10 business days, depending on your location, customs, and local postal service conditions.

Domestic (within your country) 8 – 10 business days
Regional / Nearby countries 8 – 12 business days
International / Distant markets 9 – 14 business days

These are estimates—not guarantees. Delays beyond our control (customs, carrier issues, severe weather) may occur.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Every order ships with a tracking number.

  • Once your item leaves our facility, we’ll send the tracking info via email—check spam/promotions folders.

  • Use that tracking number to monitor delivery status directly via the carrier’s site.


4. Risks, Delays & Liability

  • After your order is shipped, risk of loss or damage transfers to you (the buyer).

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by:
     • Customs clearance or inspections
     • Carrier or postal service disruptions
     • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customer
     • Natural disasters or acts of God

If an item is lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or undelivered, contact us immediately (within 14 days of estimated delivery) at kevin@autodrinktap.com so we can assist with claims or next-steps.


5. Address Errors & Reshipments

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If you enter the wrong address and we ship it anyway, you may be responsible for costs to reroute or reship the package.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be contacted. You may be required to pay the cost of reshipping.


6. Combined Orders & Split Shipments

  • If you place multiple items in one order, they may ship together or in separate packages—whichever optimizes delivery efficiency.

  • You’ll receive tracking information for each package.
